I am very happy with this laptop battery. After one week I have had no issues with this battery. I previously purchased a replacement battery from Newegg and it stopped holding a charge after a week and I was given a refund. So far this battery works great.

Too thick, but works well

Product arrived early, and in good condition. After doing some measurements, it turns out that the battery can only hold 86Wh instead of the 97Wh promised. This is not that big of a deal in my opinion, but my main reason for giving 3 stars is that its too thick. I used this to replace a battery in my XPS 15 9560, but it prevents the mouse trackpad from being able to go down enough to click comfortably. Still beats having a dead battery.
