Nice unit

It's a little complicated to install, not really for the novice so I hired an electrician. If you're handy you can probably handle it. It's working okay, it's good looking, and it's not something that you see everyday. It works great over a table and doesn't blow in a way that affects guests as they're eating. It doesn't cover a room with air flow like a typical ceiling fan so don't expect that, but over a dining table or over a coffee table it's really working well.

Just what we were looking for.

Our 2 fans were installed in a screened porch. The lighting and fan design fits our decor perfectly. We have both fans tied into a single remote which works fine even thought the instructions suggest otherwise. We used an existing standard wall switch instead of the on/off switch that came with the unit. No balancing was needed for the fans.
