Enjoying my scooter. Downfall is it doesn't fit through my homes doorways even though we measured before purchase. It's charged and kept in a detached garage. No fault of scooter company. It's pretty zippy and I receive compliments every time I take it into town.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

I love this scooter! It is quiet %26 very comfortable to ride. I love that it has a built in cup holder %26 a bag hook for ur purse or shopping bags. It also has a locking trunk underneath my seat to secure valuables in. Next to the cupholder is cubby hole for small stuff like ur phone, money %26 keys. Bright headlights, taillights %26 turn signal. Lots of reflector all around it. I gave it 4 stars instead 5 because of a couple design flaws. I have a couple of complaints. My 1st complaint is that when you use the turn signal it beeps very loudly but is silent when in reverse. It would make common sense to beep loudly when your in reverse %26 not while turning. My 2nd complaint is it also doesn't have any kind of instruction or owner's manual for it. You just have to play around on it till you figure it out. My 3rd complaint is it doesn't do tight corners. My scooter has a wide turning ratio so it can't take tight 90 degree turns. It can't be used in narrow spaces. Also it should show when ur in reverse on the LCD screen. I also wish it had a front basket too. Other than that it is an amazing scooter to have! I get a lot of head turning %26 compliments on it everywhere I go!

I like the mobility scooters, but this one arrived with dead batteries, replace batteries. It hesitates to run and stops, Its unsafe to ride and cross the streets. I purchased two scooters one work good but this one needs to be replaced! I give four stares to the scooter working good but not this one.
