The ramp was fine, my now three-legged cat was just not strong enough to use it and would not solve the problem we were having. I returned it opened (just came in a cardboard box) but unused and was treated horribly by the rep I returned it to... obvious ageism. he treated me like I was pulling a fast one since I didn't have the "original packaging"... which was, again, simply a cardboard box. He flirted ridiculously with young women that came up, and we all patiently endured it till our turn, and then his disinterest was insulting and degrading.

I should have purchased this sooner!

I love these stairs! My female cat has arthritis in her back legs and these stairs work great to alleviate the hopping in and out of the box. Another great aspect of the stairs is the easy litter trapping. Instead of litter all over the floor from my male cat, it is now just on the stairs.

Reconditioned LR3 & ramp

This is my 4th LR and it works great My cats took immediately to the first LR3. Easy to maintain, although I did cover the area of the punch detector I did not like the Connect options, so bought just base mark w/o Connect and am quite happy.
