These chairs are an amazing value! We were searching for a smaller chair to use at our dining table because we are limited on space. The swivels were a little hard use at first but did loosen up with a little WD-40. They look very pretty and the fabric is nice and seems durable but easy to maintain. They are a definite upgrade from what we had and appear to be built solid enough to enjoy for years to come:)
