I buy this for only one specific reato help flavor my coffee and provide me a little extra fiber that I need. It is sweet so I can't put it in everything. But if I'm not adding any sugar to my coffee this adds just enough sweetness along with a little cream to make my coffee taste perfect. It has become a staple for me. I also like that it's carried by Walmart so that if I'm buying other things in my order is over $35 I don't have to pay for shipping as it's liquid and the container is heavy.
