We absolutely love our new gas, vent free fireplace. It really puts out the heat. Delivery was excellent in time as well as our delivery driver. He actually gave a call regarding this delivery since it was raining that day to see where we'd want it placed or if we were home. We actually just got home at that time and helped bring it into the garage. The fireplace is beautiful. Instructions in assembly were not very good but my husband was able to figure it out. We'd certainly recommend this item to a friend. Actually we've already done so. Lol.
