Very sus.
I plugged it into my computer and it brought up my file explorer and it put the instructions in a PDF which I clicked. It then told me to disable/uninstall my antivirus and download something. I will not be doing that as I don't plan on risking getting a trojan or something like that. The box also arrived heavily damaged and didn't seem to have any branding which was another red flag.
