LEG CAST COVER SIZING - BELOW THE KNEE - Three Sizing Options, 4 measurement points - SMALL - 11 inch Length, 11-14.5 inch top of cast Circumference, 11-14.5 inch diagonal Heel Circumference (not the ankle), up to 9 inch Sole length; MEDIUM - 15 inch Length, 15-17.5 inch top of cast circumference, 15-17.5 inch diagonal Heel Circumference, up to 10 inch Sole length; LARGE - 18 inch Length, 18-22 inch top of cast Circumference, 18-22 inch diagonal Heel Circumference, up to 12 inch Sole length.

MEASURING DIRECTIONS - All measurements are based on the size of your cast, bandaging, or brace, not the injured body part. Measure: Length along the back of the cast; Circumference around the top of the cast. Heel circumference from heel over top of foot and back to heel; and Sole from heel to longest toe.

MEASURE TWICE AND ORDER ONCE to avoid disappointment and the hassle of exchanges or returns. Size should be determined by careful measurement, not the age, body frame or shoe size of the user. These covers are for standard leg casts only. If you have pins or excessive casting or wear an orthopedic boot, you’ll need a different product.
