Ordered 2, one arrived broken because they were not packaged well. The one that wasn't damaged works great so far. I contacted Walmart, who said I needed to contact Ever BestSales, the marketplace seller of this item. See the screenshots from the company regarding their “resolution.” Why would I accept a 30-50% refund for a broken item that I could return in store at Walmart for 100%. I just wanted to return, and get a replacement. Ridiculous. Shady business. They said they'd refund, but I don't see that yet and it's been a week.
