Almond Oil Flavor # 0535 is a replacement for Almond Oil Flavor #0530.

The almond flavor profile has not changed. Almond #0535 is about 50 percent less concentrated than our original Almond #0530. For some, this change may be welcome, as our Almond Flavor was exceptionally strong. We recommend that customers accustomed to LorAnn's #0530 test this new #0535 version as recipes may need to be adjusted.

A little goes a long way! LorAnn Flavors are three to four times the strength of alcohol-based flavorings or "extracts." This almond oil flavor is appropriate for use in chocolates and chocolate coatings.
