Using gentle pressure, apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure so your entire surface of your skin is covered for optimal protection. Add additional layers for added coverage. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming, sweating or immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours. Use daily as the last step of your morning skincare routine. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including limiingt time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Children under 6 months: Ask a physician.

Actually love the sunscreen is very sheer especially someone of dark complexion you would not notice it even if you do add on a white cast cuz sometimes feel like you do need that a little bit more you can rub it in and it still would not be noticeable I'm very lightweight not heavy at all but my only issues stands from having to reapply it on my face knowing that you're putting bacteria on the if they make the same stick into a different formula of cream I would love it but they do have very other options as well if you're interested but this has been the best no irritation especially around the eyes which I feel like it's a plus cuz I hate sunscreen burning in my eyes.
