Stamina Wonder Upright Exercise Bike with Upper Body Resistance Arms, 250 lb. Weight Limit

I am very pleased with my new Stamina Wonder Exercise Bike. Very reasonably priced, it was easy to put together and doesn't take up a whole lot of space. At first I was disappointed because it was quite noisy when you were pedaling, but i tilted it sideways and dripped machine oil in the opening around the pedal and that totally got rid of the noise!! The upper body strength/arm exercises that you can do with it take cycling to a new level. I also like the fact that there are leg exercises that can be done while standing. Also like the exercise videos to get you started.

I originally purchased this exercise bike for myself to get some better circulation going in my legs. My husband was able to put it together in about 45 minutes not too bad he said. Since the bike was assembled it has been put to good use by the whole family. I have two teenage sons who love working out and were skeptical about getting a good workout from this bike. They love this thing now and use it regularly. They say even though the arm bands are not super strong resistance after using awhile you do feel it. For me the size of the seat and backrest is very comfortable to sit on compared to other exercise bikes. It is actually relaxing to just sit on here and pedal away while watching TV or listening to music. It is very easy to operate and the arm bands are easy to switch positions with a pull of a knob. This thing now lives in our living room and hasn't been folded up or put away since it was assembled which is great and means it was money well spent! Overall it was a great purchase and I love how effective and easy it is to use everyday by the whole family.
