It's a very high-end looking and feeling unit.

Works flawlessly and is packed in a super protective box for shipping. I've had it for about 2 months now and I love it. A super upgrade over the old unit. No regrets!

High quality and easy to install.

We love to cook with all kinds of spices but since we've gotten the hood, we can cook without worrying about residue smell. Very well designed fits perfectly and does a great job of extracting cooking odors. We definitely recommend this product!
