I have been very impressed with this product. I have ceramic tile on my porch and when I bought the place it was as slick as ice with skis, when it rained. The first summer I bought and applied this stuff it did a really good job keeping it safe to walk on. I doubled the application amount this year and now its safe regardless of the weather.
