Not a Happy Camper!

I own a Chevy Silverado pickup truck. It is a 2500HD model. I never changed the cabin air filter in it for the three years that I have owned this vehicle. So I saw your ad on tv and I went online to place my order. What I received though were two separate filters. But they were for a Chevy Silverado pickup truck that was larger than the one that I have! They were for a 3500HD model. As I looked into it further, I found out that the 2500HD models don't have cabin air filters in them at all! So my question to you is this = Why was I sold two air filters for a model of truck that I do not own??? Why didn't you just come right out and tell me that my make and model of a pickup truck doesn't have cabin air filters in it and not charge me anything?? Why did you sell me something that I couldn't use, knowing that I couldn't use it? What kind on business practice are you running there?! I feel jilted and ripped off!

Review

Apparently you didn't read my email, my 2006 Escalade doesn't have a cabin filter. I am really tired of getting ripped off. Living on social security when buying something is a pleasure not buying something that isn't even when a factory product.
