It was easy to locate the item and to process the purchase. The price was much better than competitors. The delays in delivery resulted in worry that the tire would arrive on time so that I could have it installed as I had scheduled. I live about 30- 40 minutes from my home to the tire store location. After waiting for it all day it only arrived to my home 1 hour after the scheduled appointment was have begun. My day was messed up and I now have rescheduled. Very disappointed.
