During the production process, our bathtubs utilize a thickness of 3.8mm with LUCITE™ acrylic sheets. LUCITE™ is the most famous and reputable brand for acrylic sheets that are used in premium-made bathtubs. Other bathtub brands usually use a thickness of 3.0 mm. Increased thickness provides additional benefits such as extending the lifetime of the bathtub, providing extra durability, allowing for extended heat retention, and maximizing the soaking time with each bathing session.
Thanks to our above average thickness of acrylic sheet that is used in the production process, our acrylic is not only much more durable and resistant to scratching, but it will also withstand heavy usage.
Each bathtub comes equipped with a stainless frame at the base of the bathtub. Integrating a stainless-steel frame at the base provides additional support and reinforcement for the bather while soaking and enjoying their bath. In addition, it helps ensure that the interior frame is stable and will not become malleable with time.

At the interior base of each bathtub, we insulate using fiberglass to provide additional support and reinforce the stainless-steel frame as well as the shape of the bathtub. To connect the joint lines of our bathtubs, acrylic glue is used rather than the more readily available and cheaper material, resin. Acrylic glue will ensure that the lines are not visible nor crack with time, as opposed to its resin counterpart, which can make the lines visible with usage and develop cracks due to improper foundation.
