Great book

Best cookbook I've read in a long time. Made two recipes the day after I received the book. Delish! A lot of cookbooks seem to have many recipes that I wouldn't make, maybe two or three. I am excited to try just about every recipe in this book. Planning to buy a few more as gifts.
