horrible experience all around

Listing dimensions said item was 12 inches tall, the only reason I purchased it, it is 21 inches tall and does not fit under my cabinets that start at 20 inches. I spent hours trying to find one that would fit and it's the only reason I purchased this one. shipping was 20 bucks and not that fast but the worst part is they sent me someones return item, it was obvious from the box it was resealed everything inside already open, plus previous buyer put notes on instructions about missing parts. seriously?! so now I have an item that doesn't fit my sink and counter space for a crazy shipping price.
