Sterling Silver Rhodium-plated Cross Pendant QC9376

Bait and switch!! Ordered 2 crucifix pendants. Very specific type of crucifix that is hard to find. What I received is not the product shown online. My order history and packing slip say "SKU QC9411 Sterling Silver Platinum-plated Textured Risen Christ Cross Pendant." I am looking at the product sent to me in my hand vs the product shown online in my purchase history and on the store website. THE SAME ITEM NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE, MY PURCHASE HISTORY, MY PACKING SLIP AND THE BAGGED ITEM ITSELF...but the product in my hand is the NOT the same product PICTURED in my purchase history or in the online store. The pictures on both my purchase history and online store clearly shows the item as TEXTURED and also appears heavier and chunkier. It is also supposed to be PLATED to inhibit tarnishing. The items I received (although stamped as sterling silver) are much more delicately sized, SMOOTH and NOT PLATED. The item online has extra details such as a halo above Jesus' head. The items I received do NOT have these details. The items I received are clearly NOT the items being sold. They are both crucifix pendants, but these are NOT the ones we paid for. INTERESTING that it doesn't even resemble ANY of the crucifixes listed, but is most similar to the $26 item, not the $52 item we purchased (and is now showing price of $71 ?). This is from a non-Walmart secondary seller. Not sure if this is Walmart's fault for displaying incorrect picture and description, or a problem with the seller. Packing slip says they will be happy to correct any mistakes. Thankfully, they are in the U.S. Will be calling asap in the morning, because, unfortunately, this is for a funeral, where a grieving older family member was hoping to place this very specific type of crucifix pendant in with their deceased sibling to be buried. Makes it more upsetting than it should be, but feel ripped off!
