Collar and grab strap are a must for small ones

These fit the children well and have plenty of adjustment. The lack of floatation in back combined with the collar flip the child onto their back; in addition to being safer it helps teach them to get comfortable on their back. The bottom strap is rather stiff and I will make a soft cover before our next lake trip for all life jackets.

Awful customer service. Contacted several times to return an item that was shipped late. Thankfully Walmart ate the cost and took care of my complaint.
