Invisible Glass 91014 Screen and Plastic Cleaner Protectant and Polish Anti-Fog and Anti-Static for Plastic Surfaces Touchscreens, Plastic Shields and Guards, Electronics, 19 Fl Oz, Pack of 1

It had not occurred to me that using a glass cleaner like regular Invisible Glass could potentially dry or yellow plastics. Invisible Glass Clear Plastic Cleaner cleans as you would expect and hopefully avoids the problems of a conventional glass cleaner. I tried this on a variety of vehicle internal and external plastic surfaces. I did notice that when cleaning a hood protector (black semi-transparent plastic) that this cleaned it without a sense of drying the surface. It provided comparable clarity for the plastic headlight housings as using regular Invisible Glass. Results on the instrument cluster, touch screen, taillights, side window deflectors and mirrors were as good as regular Invisible Glass. I can't know with certainty that this is better for the plastic but why risk damaging these surfaces when there is a product that gets them crystal clear without that concern.

I applied the Stoner Clear Plastic Cleaner on two items: 1) a piece of plexiglass I use for insulating a garage window in the winter time, and 2) a hard hat with a face shield. In both cases it did a great job. It took care of the dirt a grime without any streaks. I even used it on the non-transparent hard hat and it worked great on that as well. I've enclosed two photos of the hard hat. I was going to encosed a photo of the plexiglass, bit it was too clear sfter cleaning that you can't even tell it's on the window.
