These are fast acting. They are so teeny, you can take a couple at a time, easily. They definitely reduce bloating.., but beware, the gas does not dissipate in your tummy, it must be let out the back end. So do not take them to reduce gas pressure if in a meeting, or on a date, or in a small room with company. You will end up with a huge bloated tummy hurting because you are forcing yourself not to expel air. These will build up the gas quickly for you to poot it out. I cannot tell you how I know this, but you will need a poot walk.
