Great Combo, I actually enjoy taking it!
This is a great combo vitamin! I am grateful that Calcium is paired with Vitamin D as they are needed to both help with absorption. I actually also enjoy taking these because they are easy to swallow and tasteless(unlike some capsules that have a flavor to them). Though initially I thought they would be hard to swallow because of the size and texture, I was wrong! I also like the color of these--they're really quite pretty! Overall great item and great brand that seems to be good quality! I think that I would request that they consider adding magnesium to the combo because I heard that that is needed in calcium absorption as well. Thanks Earth's Splendor!
