The Fruit of the Loom Girls' Crew Socks, 10 Pair (size S) come with multiple white pairs of socks with an array of colors on the tip of the toe and the heel, such as pink, green purple, and blue. They also came with a few completely white pairs as well as two pair of solid black. I like the fact that they have a selection of colors so you can mix and match depending on what outfits your child is wearing. The crew size makes them optimal for wearing in cold weather with boots as well as underneath pants when wearing tennis shoes. I think if my child were to be wearing shorts or dresses in the summer however, I would want to go with something a little lower cut, less visible, and less thick. These aren't too thick like wool socks, but thick enough to be warm and comfortable, yet thin enough to comfortably fit inside almost any shoes. Package states that they are machine washable on cold, tumble dry safe, should not be ironed or use with chlorine bleach. These socks are exactly as they state they are. 10 pairs of girl size Small (Shoe size kids 6-10.5). I got these with only the knowledge that they were size "S" and wasn't aware of comparable shoe size until after receiving them in the mail. My 3 year old daughter is wearing an 8.5-9 in shoes right now and these socks fit her perfectly. Not too tight, and no room to wiggle, I mean PERFECT. So these socks are definitely true to size. Right now that is all fine and dandy but seeing as how kids feet grow so darn rapidly she probably wont be fitting in to these for too much longer. Definitely a 10 would be a little tight and 10.5 would be a stretch. I think if I were to buy my daughter more I would have went with a Medium size to allow for growing. However to give you a little room to grow to make them last a bit longer in your child's wardrobe, if your child is a size 6 or 7 these would be perfect for you.
