Dislikes -above. average in quality , but dents easily. Likes - above average quality and ---can get an extented warranty for 3 years !!! These pistons are easier to install then you think .At chair bottom. take a small screw driver push the chair washer -back ,the washer is a square washer After that simply pull off the chair base. Now the old piston is. exposed. Take. a vice grip and rotate the piston back and forth to remove.Takes a muscle maneuver. but doable. Place the new piston in the top cradle ,put. chair bottom on, 2 washers the square chair washer -finished !!Then sit in the. chair immediately to push the pieces in place --chair is ready for. fun !!
