Alfi Brand Stainless Steel 2'' Grid Shower Drain

This was a third party vendor so I am Still not sure who would address this. The item came in scratched up and missing a piece. There is a reason it was so greatly discounted, I believe it is damaged goods. It needs to state if it is not first quality. My contractor was able to get the missing piece, and since it is a drain, we installed it with the scratches anyway. If it was not missing parts and scratched, I would have loved it because it is a pretty cool addition to the new shower.
