I've been taking this multivitamin for a few days now, and definitely feel an improvement in my overall energy levels. I only find myself grabbing one or two cups of coffee rather than my typical four to five, my energy levels remain more consistent throughout the day, and I was able to power through my evening workouts without feeling my typical fatigue. The pills taste good and go down easily, and it's clear that Legion has a ton of science behind their products. I originally bought this product after trying Legion Pulse pre-workout and loving it, and after I ran out of my old daily multivitamin. I can confidently say, then, that I've enjoyed every Legion product I've tried. That being said, my only complaint is that the serving size of 8 pills can be tough to swallow, both figuratively and literally. Disclosure: this review was written by a Walmart employee

I liked the idea and everything that was included in this multi vitamin and I really wanted to like them but I just couldn't because of the size. I have a really hard time taking them, so this isn't something I will be finishing or purchasing again.
