I bought this based on the other reviews about it being of good quality and I want to say that it truly was! I couldn't have done better had I made it myself. I felt it ran true to size. I got a ton of compliments. It's a big, wide skirt. I had a petticoat underneath and it made it really full which worked well because the material is felt and is stiff. One caveat - mine was pink and was somewhat see through. Dark underwear you could totally see so wear a slip or a petticoat! Fast shipping. Just loved it.
