These are fairly pricey, but I'm counting calories and protein so they work for me. I eat one for breakfast. Which is definitely a small amount. I also have something else such as a fruit. They taste good. When I microwave mine, if I got 2 seconds too long, it makes the breading hard. So be careful with that. Too short and the egg is still cold.

16 ounce glass bowls with lid for the condiments

I had said to myself on using these little bowls with lids, to dice up my onions and one green peppers and another and probably mushrooms in another…I had sand to myself on using these little bowls with lids, to dice up my onions one green pepper and another one probably with mushrooms in another bowl so that is kind of pre-done and it's ready for Sunday breakfast or during the week when the kids want omelettes sounds good to me.
