Fits super comfortably. Seamless is right; No poking or "cutting" into the waistline. Nonvisible under jeans, pants, thick leggings. No worrying about if your pad is visible or your tampon is leaking. I used it on high flow days as a back up with a disk. Normal days it absorbs and then "goes away" with no odor or wetness. I have used three other brands before and Saalt is a million times over the best.

These are so comfortable and feel barely there. Obsessed! I had not worn saalt before and typically wear a 2x in underwear (jeans 18-20) and I needed a 3x in this specific pair. All other saalt underwear I needed a 4x and the hanky panky saalt collection I wore an XL so lots of surprise sizing.
