My Mom used V05. I've used it all my 74 years, well st least 60 years. It takes just a dab to make my hair shine like a new penny. It doesn't hurt dyed hair, just brings out the color more. It is great for very dry hair. I don't use it every day, so my previous tube lasted over 30 years. I highly recommend V05 to anyone with hair.
