Cheap and dangerous toy

I purchased this toy for my 4-year-old granddaughter, the compartment that holds the batteries is just a zipper that is large enough for her to unzip, the lights do not turn off as it says in the instructions, the wires are right there where she can get to them. I had to cut all the wiring out and sew the zipper shut for this toy to be safe, shame that this toy passed any safety test for any age.
