I love this Iron supplement for many reasons but I think the best thing about it is the results its given me. I check my iron levels very regularly and for years I've struggled even with eating a lot of red meats (even organ meats) and not seeing maintained results. But after trying this for not even a full month, my levels are now consistently up!! Another thing I really love about this brand is the ingredients. A lot of the animal based supplements out there contain bovine blood, which for me, goes against what I believe, but this supplement has iron from multiple different whole food ingredients that doesn't include an animals blood. I not only have seen results but it also doesn't go against my convictions. The third thing that I love about this supplement is the addition of methylated folate. I am almost 100% convinced that I have the MTHFR gene mutation (I can't afford the testing) but its so nice that this is already included in this for absorption in a bioavailable form. I don't have to buy another supplement on top to get my methyl-folate. I also really like that all you have to take is one pill. I take a bison organ supplement and thats six pills a day on top of my other magnesium, and L-theanene supplement. Its great to not have extra pills to swallow. Lastly, this is affordable for a animal based supplement. I love that I'm not spending 50 bucks a month on an iron boost. When you already have a decent supplement load, its great to feel like your not breaking the bank to bolster a weak point in your daily regimen. Overall this is now my go to iron supplement and unless the ingredients change, I'll be sticking to this one for the long haul!!! Thank you Ancient Nutrition for your quality product.
