I Add It To My Coffee

It doesn't really have a taste. I gave it a 5 star review for taste because it doesn't have an unpleasant taste either. Then again, I've never tried to taste it by itself. I add it to my coffee. I'm trying to get into ketosis. This oil was recommended. I have been having positive results---sleeping a lot better, for instance---but I can't say for sure if it's this oil itself or a combination of factors, like being on a very low carb diet. It's certainly not doing any harm so I would recommend it because I do feel like it's helping

I had never tried this brand before but I am glad I did. It helped me with my joint pain and muscle aches Has 0 taste, pill size is tiny , but the ingredients are quality . Excellent packaging, minerals, hormones. Fish, benefits, omega , inflammation, heart, cholesterol, hair best of all ingredients. Quality
