DIRECTIONS
1. Add 24-30 tablespoons of your favorite medium roast, coarsely ground coffee to the infuser & twist into lid.
2. Add 52 ounces of cold, filtered water to the pitcher. Fill 3/4 full & lower infuser in.
3.Mix well & Seal airtight lid store in refrigerator overnight or up to 36 hours.
4. Remove infuser when brewing is complete. The result will be a brew of concentrated coffee with a superior taste profile.

PRO TIPS:
1: Fill your pitcher with very cold water. The colder you keep the grounds throughout this process, the less acid they release!
2: The longer you leave the grounds to brew, the more intense the flavor gets (& the more acidic (bitter) it becomes). Taste it after 12 hours & see how you like it, then adjust the timing based on your personal preference.

TO SERVE HOT:
Mix 1 part coffee concentrate with 2 parts boiling water.
