This piece was exactly like the OEM part that I had to replace after I backed into my wives bumper. The delivery was quick and the part was well protected to prevent damage during shipment. I found enough information on You Tube to understand what I had to do to change out the part with minimal work.

Looks like a GM part to me. Good chrome. Part was very well packed and arrived quickly. Haven't installed yet, have to pull the bumper cover, but it looks exactly like the original.
