The size of this comforter was perfect to decorate my new studio apartment. the feel of the comforter is very plush I can see it staying soft for quite sometime. I haven't tried to wash it yet, but I've owned twin comforters for years so I don't see an issue. I can't see myself using the reversible part of this comforter I like the top side .
