We were so excited to receive this inflatable to add to our winter collection only to be heartbroken that it didn't inflate properly. I contacted the company via email and they were very fast to reply. I ended up sending the inflatable back to them for them to inspect, and I get a email reply that stated that they received my inflatable and “It blew up just fine. It is not air tight and if we send you another it will blow up the same as the one you had”. They offered to refund me or send me the same item back. They know they don't inflate tight so obviously I opted for the refund due to them knowing they don't blow up air tight and they continue to sell this product.
