It consists of two layers of lightweight military-grade quilted nylon encasing polyester batting for added strength, insulation, and durability. These poncho liners measure 60” (W) x 84” (L) and feature a rolled nylon edge binding that prevents tattering or edgewear and tie-cords on the sides and corners that you can easily tie through matching grommets on rain ponchos.
