Is it a miracle? No but it does work.

I originally bought Collagen for my thin skin, after taking it for three months with no real change I thought I would stop taking it. Then it occurred to me that my hands hadn't been hurting. My hand's always hurt. I had severed tendons in both from motor cycle crashes and bicycle crashes and life in general that pretty much insured they were going to hurt. So kept taking it. I've now been taking it for over 5 years and my hand's never hurt unless I don't take it for some reason for about a week. So I take it.
