I'm not sure why so many bad reviews. I bought it despite the reviews, I was nervous, but I'm GLAD I bought it. It's actually a nice piece of furniture. I put it together by myself and it took a really long time by myself but I did it. I'm a little 5'3 woman just to give you perspective. The instructions were super easy to follow. All the pieces were in the box, nothing was broken, and all the holes aligned perfectly. If you have a power drill I suggest using that. Definitely a great extra storage space for my kitchen appliances. It's very spacious. I recommend buying.
