NOT REFURBISHED!!!

So, I bought this refurbished Surface Pro 6. Turned it on and it is stuck on a start page asking for a specific region, but will not accept the yes when selected. Looked on line for some help and restarted it the page that now comes up is asking for an update to the system but again, won't recognize the touch of next. The description online says it has a system failure...I am so angry; this "refurbished" tablet has not been refurbished. It looks like it was just resent...DON'T BUY what claims to be refurbished. I needed this for a trip and now I will be without a tablet. Thanks, TekDeals for wasting my time and now initiating a return!!!!!! This would have been a negative 5 stars, but you have to pick at least one star to send a review...Walmart, change your rating system...allow no starts so that the review is clear.
