The best individual shopping Cart so far

Its load is up to 300lb! What else you can wish for? However, there is a mismatch measurement between description and pictures demonstrator. In pictures the width is 21", which I wish it is as I can get it through public transportation. While in description, it is 25". That makes it much less useful for people who need it the most, those who have to take public transportation. Please check on this problem.
