It was easy to place my order and the correct product arrived in a timely manner. However the packaging for the products was not adequate. The boxes were crushed and torn during shipping in the plastic bag they were placed in. I called expressing a possible damage to the filters. I would not be replacing the current filter for another 6 months since I just put it in service. I was told a note would be made for this order and if these filters leaked when installed, then replacements would be sent at no charge to me. This can be solved by better packaging.
