Time will tell

Went, through the process of installation, flushing, waiting the recommended 1hour, and flushing again...with both of the filters I ordered. Because of leaking at the filter housings, in-line fitting, both filters were unusable. Customer service, promptly ordered replacements. The aggravation of an 11 day ordeal, with 3 installations does tarnish my thoughts, of your Quality control process a bit. But the third filter is in and holding water pressure. 2 stars as of this this review.
