In either case, you must, within the duration of the warranty, provide the original law tags, proof of purchase (including date of purchase) and be the original purchasing consumer. The memory foam is different! You sink into the mattress and the pressure points are cradled in, yet there's a firmness to it as well. We've rotated the mattress to make sure the inflation gets its fullest amount. We've only had this a few days…but so far, it's quite comfortable.
