Delicate material and incorrect size chart

Bought this for daughter's dance performance. Stretchy fabric is delicate, will not last long. Probably won't survive a wash without losing lusture. Size 10 is extremely short. Small neck size. Does not hug chest, rides up when hands raised above shoulders. Returned. Now have to scramble to find an alternative.
