Men's Tall Techno Lite Three-Layer Knit Tech-Shell - CLASSIC NAVY - 3XT

Initially when I tried it on, I was happy with the size. The sleeves are long enough, the torso is long enough, it is a true Tall sized jacket. I didn't think it would be much more than a windbreaker for me. I'm switching from a fleece hoodie and this jacket is leaps and bounds better. It IS insulated and does block the wind. If I think ahead and wear a sweater to give me another layer between the jacket and my arms, I'm perfectly comfy and warm. During the latest cold snap with high winds, the only time I was chilly and cold was when I wore a short sleeved shirt underneath. My arms were cold, but my torso was fine. I could easily wear this to 0 degrees F or -10F or so with wind chill. I might need to put the fleece hoodie on over it if it was much colder than that, but it is really surprisingly excellent.
