TY Beanie Boos - Whiskers The Schnauzer Dog (Glitter Eyes) Small 6" Plush

The Beanie Boo came in damaged... His eye is scratched, he has hard dirt on his head and face and the bottom of his beard has been cut off. The dirty areas were like hard melted plastic, dirty plastic. This was to be a new doll and especially at this price should be in excellent condition. He is overall in bad condition. I have taken a picture of him as he came but have carefully cut off the 2 damaged dirty areas so my granddaughter could at least put it on her collection shelf for now. Plus the packaging was a simple plastic wrap. I have purchased many many Beanie Boos and never never got one in this bad condition. My 5 yr granddaughter was sent to tears when we opened it. I am so disappointed and want restitution for the this. I want a new one that is in the condition it should be in.
